ho ho ho, as is appropriate for the season...

Isn't that a lot like the holy grail: "which is the best FTA receiver?" ?

...but if you find out, PM me. I have a Stab HH90, too.

User friendly DVB software that doesn't suck and will run my Stab HH90 motor!

Every software I've come across just has massive issues and is not user friendly at all. Call me lazy but I'm used to my Coolsat 4000 with a sweet GUI (graphic user interface) and ease of use. I guess the search continues.

Techno935,

Does the Coolset 6000 premium have the same GUI and ease of use? Perhaps if there is no software out there maybe I can replicate what Coolset has...for Windows and Linux…

counterpoint

DVBDream and also TSReader for wild feed viewing.

Having just done considerable research on the subject, I have good things and a lot of bad things to say about most of the software packages.
Consider the following just a little "Devil's advocate", not the final word on 'em.

DVB dream : based on obsolete DLL which won't be upgraded to handle new cards nor features.
TSreader : $100 or more

I have to beg to differ on the can't support new cards nor features. One of the first I saw to have diseqc working properly in an easy to use integration. Who else supports the Genpix tuner in their DVB app?
