VOOM'S new offer - 11 channels added.

  • Server Issues.

    We are very aware that there have been system issues the past few days. In troubleshooting the system, it has been determined that the issue is at our provider and is hardware related. As of 12:05 PM ET our provider has moved us to a new server.

    Things seem to be running better on this new server. However in trying to diagnose the issue (before finding out it was a hardware issue) we made some system changes which we need to undo. So if you find any issues or errors please let us know in the Operations Center Forum.

I have 2 HD sets, a 57 inch Sony and 55 inch Mitsubishi. I have seen some pixelation a few times on some of the HD channels, which I understand they are fine tuning, but not a drastic reduction in PQ.

Sounds like someone has screen envy. :D

FWIW, it's ok to complain about PQ, the squeaky wheel gets the grease. ;) I have no issues with OTA HD, if I do, I email our local engineers and they are right on it. Our local ABC had some issues for about a month and they finally found the culprit but the station engineer really apprieciated our feedback. I wish we could get some Voom engineer involvement on this board. :)
