[VOOM] Re: Why The Yahoo VOOM Forum Connection To VOOM Supported SATELLITEGUYS.US?

Re: [VOOM] Why The Yahoo VOOM Forum Connection To VOOM Supported SATELLITEGUYS.US?

Satelliteguysus is a commercial website that has some advertising from VOOM.
Whether they are supported by VOOM is a subject of some debate here as to
the meaning of advertising. Purely semantics. If VOOM advertises on a
DISHnet channel does it mean that DISHnet supports VOOM? VOOM is simply an
advertiser and that site is a commercial, privately owned site. When a
posting comes over to the VOOM forum it is clearly designated as originating
on the satelliteguysus website so it is easy to disregard those posts if you
so chose.
As to VOOM being shutoff on the specific date of April 1, this is lke a
skipping record that repeats. I prefer to wait and see how the story
develops but I expect that you are wrong. And if it does, VOOM will most
likely be back in some form. Too much infrastructure that works.

I think this guy is sort of like a Satellite terrorist. Says little but enjoys just getting everyone upset and mad. And he doesn't know how to read an answer to his specific question. Must be a very lonely man with no sex life.

Too bad you can't ban this troll.
This Yahoo backdoor is a great idea after all!
Thanks SatGuys.
You all have convinced me it needs to stay.

SatelliteGuys will have to put up with VOOMdayers until they stop
this silly combining of posts between the two. Guess they never
thought of that before.

Can the owner / moderator of this group let us know if whitepintorider
will be banned or not? If not I'm just going to add him to my delete
list.

Thanks,
Sean

As long as this Yahoo VOOM forum is tied to VOOM Supported SatGuys.us
expect this thread to remain alive.

I hope everyone at SatGuys is enjoying their VOOM HD-DVR since it's
almost April 1 and it was made available this month wasn't it?

What's the problem? Don't you have your DVR? I've got mine.

So WTF...why do you even care? I would rather have a working bug free DVR than a buggy one like others have rushed out. I guess you better not buy any GE products (Universal HD owned and operated by GE's sub Universal NBC) or watch Discovery as it is also supported by advertising from VOOM
