I noticed some of you in here have two 211's. I currently have a 411 running hd on one tv and a 301 running an old tv in my bedroom. I'm replacing the old tv with a new hd-capable lcd so I'm having dish come out to swap the 301 with another 411.

I know when I had my bigger dish put up with the DPP44 late last year, another line had to be run and there is the power unit with it. Will this just be a straight swap and a check switch to go from non-hd 301 to hd 411 or is more involved?

301 to 411 swap is a no brainer. Just swap them out.

I am having Jumping picture as well, really bad on NHL games when the camera pans from side to side.
Tech is working on the issue they said.
I have a 411

Here's the reply I got when I emaled Tech Suport:

Thank you for your e-mail. We are aware of the issue with this receiver. Our engineers are working on the problem. It will be corrected in a software update.
