How come it is every time I attempt to get my statement thru the Dish Home channel 100 it tells me there is a connection error? I have never been able to get it once on my television. Is it a problem on E*'s end or on my end?
Landline. I'm not using a wireless connection. It's thru Verizon, my local phone company. I also don't see my caller i.d.s come up very often on my receivers.
