USC VS Arizona State espn gameplan

Did anyone else end up missing the last 10 minutes of the USC VS Arizona State game? My screen went black after USC went up 24 to 21. Will I get some sort of refund for not being able to watch the conclusion of this game?

They pulled a similar stunt last week. Impossible to talk to a human being at DirecTV. The game just came back on, it was off for 20 minutes, they also didn't uplink it for the first 45 minutes.

Who are they hiring in their uplink facility? Chimpanzees? It's been 5 years but I've just about had it.

I called and bitched to them about it going down. They started telling me that the game was over. Explained to them that there was about 7 minutes left. They did some checking and I did some more bitching got them to fix the problem and got a credit to my account. Went down right at 7pm. I was upset with them, this happened earlier in the week when I was watching something else.

When I called and complained and persisted until they finally admitted it was their fault the CSR asked what I wanted, I told him I wanted him to send Starbucks gift certificates to the guys in the uplink center so they could pay attention.
