Ok a little signal update on this channels. When they were on 105 it was 65 now there are at 57 on 110. I was hopping for a better signal when they moved over. Still going to get rain fade with them numbers. Unless i'm doing something wrong on pointing dish menu. 6-1-1 then changed to sat 110 TP 27. Anyone have a map of Spot Beam this channels are on? What spotbeam they on?

Would I be better off moving back to my Dish500 then staying with my Superdish?

What are your signal readings on other TPs for 110? It could be that you've been having low readings on 110 all along and need to repeak the dish.

I've got St. Louis locals on TP29 and I'm getting 82 on the signal meter as opposed to the old 115 on Spot 5 on 119.

hey why does san fran get away with 6 hd channels being uplinked.. here in chicago were still waiting for wgn, wciu, wttw, wpwr that is still waiting to be uplinked all doing hd! granted after the CW deal goes down WPWR can get removed from this list..

The good news is that there is hope for networks in HD outside the big 4. The extra one for Sacremento has the Oakland As games, otherwise is WB. The ones for San Fran look like independents? Maybe these are widely viewed in the area or something?

Either way, this is excellent news for big city HD. I know in Detroit Pistons games are on the WB station. In Chicago several sports are in HD on WGN and WCIU.

It is a good sign for future networks. Time to fire off the request emails.

I live in the SF Bay Area and KICU is where some of the A's games are shown. As far as KRON, it's an independant and is totally useless as far as HD. It shows reruns of HDNET from 3 years ago and shows some local gardening show that KRON produces but it may have more HD in the future.

The channels are defined in the tables, so far no video feeds, at least on the conus TP 14 on 129. Can't check the others because they are spotbeams

So you are saying these will be available on the 110 sat? I thought that was what the 129/61.5 sat was for . So if I read this right , you are saying that Houston will be on transponder 4 /spotbeam 16?

well I think many on the west coast are glad the hd locals are not on 129.
