Yes the reviews were bad from folks leaving, but what did they expect this was not a sit down interview, trying to do stand up, you can only say warlock and "winning" so much, I guess some folks left 15 minutes into it
Wow. I hope you did not spend a lot of money on the tickets. The reviews of the Detroit show were horrific.
I guess PT Barnum got some things right.
It could be worse...at least these people aren't watching NASCAR.This just goes to prove how stupid most people are.
The show was actually not bad.... Charlie opened up with a so you want to know the truth... Basically he said that 90 percent what was reported was bull Sh*t. Majority of it wasnt true. He's gotten his kids back, and when they raided his house they found nothing but an antique gun. He made one liners and Zingers, to include a dude whom took off his shirt and charlie wore the dudes shirt off of his back. He gave him a Tigerblood shirt in response. It was actually quite funny! The dude was no average man... He was like a 4X guy type of guy! and it wasnt me!
Charlie was never booed.... They did promo up Major league 3, and also Charlie said that he was never called up by CBS to officially say he was fired... He also said that if they asked him to come back, he would as he's a man of his word and he would complete his contract. He ended the night by throwing tshirts in the crowd and thanking everyone for their support. Over all it was a laid back atmosphere as he just laid it out. He really wasn't trying to tell jokes other than one liners, and it felt more like a one on one where he was being interviewed. There was one part where he did bomb on detroit saying the only thing that was coming out of detroit was in his bag, Then he pulled out a lemon, and threw it into the crowd.
The theater was full, and the show started about 30 min late. To see the goddesses in real life, they look like your average hot girl.... and hot they are.... He's got good taste, and in the words of charlie, its good to always have a backup if one isn't feeling right. I would grade the show a B-
