Does anyone know what Dish currently specifies as the minimum and and average transponder signal levels for my DMA?

I have an eastern arc Dish (61.5, 72.7, 77), and I live in the Hartford, CT DMA. A couple of years ago I found a chart that listed the values, but I think that the chart is outdated because I am reading zero on some of the transponders. Does anyone know where the current information is?

This is what I had written down a couple of years ago:
61.5: 10 14 29 31
Min 38 41 55 40
Avg 45 49 63 46

72.7: 15 17 19 21
Min 52 49 52 50
Avg 59 58 60 59

77: 13 16 20 21
Min 40 40 41 43
Avg 51 50 49 52

Are you having issues with your signal? Also, is this the chart you have? http://www.satelliteguys.us/dish-network-forum/256056-list-minimum-average-thresholds.html
Yes, that is the chart that I used a couple of years ago. I do not think that the chart is accurate anymore. For example, I am reading a zero signal level on transponders 29 and 31 on the 61.5 satellite, and my receiver will not let me select transponder 13 on the 77 satellite.

I am not sure if I am having signal issues; that is what I am trying to find out. Does anyone know what the current values are and which transponders to use?

So what did they change the "home" transponders to?

I'll update this post in a second. Gotta find 'em.

EDIT: Alright here we go :-

61.5:
5 7 10 12

72.7:
12 16 17 21

77:
16 17 20 21

EDIT2: Corrected a mistake.
