tiger woods in car crash

It's interesting in one way. Will Tiger get special treatment and did he lie. That's what I'm interested in. Not Concerned.
What special Treatment? Are you joking! Does it look like he's getting special treatment?

What would you rather. Get a ticket and be on your way. Because thats what would happen to you or me.
Or do you want Tigers "Special Treatment"
Having the entire Nation in your personal business, spouting out assumptions and false information.

WOW thats a tough one!

LMAO!! OF COURSE he will get special treatment!! He has been getting special treatment since he came on the Johnny Carson show when he was around 5 or 6....

From the time they are in junior high...athletes with exceptional skills have ALWAYS gotten special treatment.....and in some cases, younger.

Stop it Hemi. I have not been able to agree with you over the past year and know since you have posted in this thread I have to agree with you a couple of times.:D:D

It's personal business inside the home. But not when it's outside. When he was in the vehicle it was public business.
As for Special Treatment I can tell you that Windermere Police have done it before in the past.

So if they lied to police should they be allowed to get away with it?

Some of you are missing the point . He can get mad and so can she. But it's about the law. If Tiger or his wife lied about what happened will they be allowed to get away with it? Or will they be treated like you and I would be. And we are leaving him alone. The media isn't . The same media that does positive stories about him all the time. Like it or not it comes with the fame. Even Tiger knows that . And they're looking for the truth .

Im sorry, but where are they REQUIRED to talk to the law about what happened? There have been no formal charges served. Until charges are brought they don't have to say anything. Tiger certainty hasn't done anything illegal, other than taking out city property. Im sure if he pays to get it fixed then nothing will be brought. Looking at early reports on ESPN from this morning, looks like they havent talked to the police yet. Tiger Woods, wife unavailable for interview, police say - ESPN

Yes. But it won't work . The truth will come out. The idea that she said she broke the back windshield to remove him from the car doesn't add up
Yep, it makes more sense that she grabbed a 9-iron and had "gone ghetto" on him while he was trying to flee. Everyone knows it! Just admit what happened and move-on already.

You're absolutely right...they aren't required to provide the police with a statement. However, you're missing a larger point....this story has continued to grow and fester simply because the Woods camp hasn't been honest/forthcoming with any details.

Exactly. If I take out a Utility Pole. I have to pay for it. Did I break a law, Sure Reckless driving I guess.
But what charges can be files if Neither party has file a complaint.
Sounds to me like the police are corrupt themselves and looking for a reason to get a hand out.
I wouldn't tell them sh*t either. Let your insurence company deal with them. Then I would hold the department under investigation for harassment for the last couple days of BS.

They told the police to come back the next day. They did. They then told them to come back another day. That's today. The police who want to talk to him now are not the Windermere Police. It's the Sheriff Department . Tiger appears to be delaying it for some reason. I believe it's because he wants his face to heal . If the police see damage to his face and they ask him about it he will have to tell them the truth. If his wife did it then the TMZ story is correct.

Guys, Don't confuse the Windermere Police with the Florida Highway Patrol . Windermere is a small unincorporated town . The Sheriff Department has already ripped them a new one over making public statements about what happened.

Agreed...it's public business when law enforcement, ambulatory service, and his neighbors were involved.

Maybe he doesn't want her to go to jail, and make the issue way worse then it really was. But I'm sure the media will have this case blown way out for the next month.

are you guys in orange county? not sure.

not trying to bring race into this but your sheriff is african-american. i wonder if his deputies are trying to bring an honest conclusion to this incident?

trust me from someone who covered the cop beat in her reporter days, there are some police and sheriff departments i wouldn't trust, even if you paid me big bucks too.

Florida Highway Patrol are the ones doing the interview, not the Sheriff.
