tiger woods in car crash

He handles whatever you pay him for. I prefer Mark Nation myself for criminal defense.. But who am I to judge.

Also if you or I did the same thing there would be no invetsigation by the FHP. The local PD would write you a ticket and youd have to pay for damages (well your insurance would) then end. There is no criminal act here. Only a civil violation.

What? You believe they're going after Tiger because of who he is? I believe they're going after the truth about his injuries.

She probably just slapped him accross the mouth and he left , got in the caddy, she grabbed a club chased smashing the back window and he floored it and ran into a tree. It happened at 2am probably when he returned from his mistress.

Interesting theory.

For you who think Tiger has nothing to worry about, think again. Tiger has hired prominent Criminal Defense Lawyer Mark NeJame. He's well known in the Orlando area. NeJame's former clients include Lou Pearlman, Jesse Maali, and Casey Anthony's parents. He's known at the Johnny Cochran of Orlando. Something is up.

what did i read at the sentinel's website sunday......no one hires najame unless they are guilty of something.

:haha:haha:eek::D
that's hilarious vurbano.from his injuries it seems she bitch slapped him lol. :p

With Tiger refusing to be questioned about the incident, can't the police go to a judge and get a warrant that would force Tiger to talk to them so the police can investigate and file a police report?

I just wonder how drunk he was (and hope police/hospital didn't drop the ball by not doing a blood draw to check for BAC). I can buy emotional playing a part in reckless driving, but I have to wonder if he was legally drunk based on him stonewalling authorities.

i'm not sure even a judge could compel him to talk.

as for dropping the ball on giving him a breath test, i believe the cops at the scene gave him a free pass because of who he is.

Let the cover up begin.

Where he was going at that time of the night?

How did he lose control of his SUV at such a speed that the air bags didn't deploy?

Why were both rear windows of the Cadillac Escalade smashed?

If it was a careless mistake, why not speak to state troopers trying to wrap the investigation?

The Cover up is always worse then the crime. Tiger is covering this up. But FHP now is saying they can show probable cause a crime was committed, a necessary step in obtaining a warrant.
The Hospital that treated him will have to tell what Tiger told them about the injuries.

I can answer ALL these questions....now I am making assumptions according to info so far.

1. Where was he going at that time of the night? He had just got into a huge domestic fight with his wife and after she scratch his face a couple of times and maybe even slap him, he kept his cool and walked away pissed.

2. How did he lose control of his SUV........yada, yada, yada? He pulled out of the driveway super fast to avoid the yelling an screaming from the wife. The airbags? Sometimes, they just don't deploy. I have been in a pretty bad car accident and my airbags did not deploy.

3. Why were the rear windows smashed? Because she took a driver to his windows because she was pissed he didn't stay and argue some more. "Stay here and finish this you f***ing coward!!!!" WHAM!!! 5 wood to the windshield!

I am very surprised it is state troopers investigating, considering that he does not live ON a state road. I thought this would be investigated....if at all, by local police.

Tiger issues statement...

"This is a private matter, and I want to keep it that way," Woods said in a statement released.

Woods is not a "suspect" for any crime and charges have not been filed, therefore he does not have to speak with the police again. Case closed. Of course the sensationalized news outlets will never let this one go as this is the juiciest story in years.

Wrong. FHP has a duty to investigate this . ESPN said this morning that Tiger uses his image to sell products so we have the right to know if he lied about the accident. I agree.

No...your wrong because Woods' lawyer said the exact same thing. I trust HIS word more than yours. He is a lawyer....you might have been lucky enough to stay at a Holliday Inn Express! ;)

What is there to investigate? Unless a warrant is out for someone's arrest or charges have been filed, it's a closed case. And instead of "investigating" whether or not someone told a fib, how's about the Florida PD focus their attention on truly deserving criminals in Orlando.

LEAVE TIGER ALONE! :p

So you believe that his wife smashed the back windshield? Making personal attacks at me doesn't help your cause.
