Not for the divorce. Mark NeJame doesn't handle that kind of defense.Maybe it's for his possible divorce and NOT something going on....

What? You believe they're going after Tiger because of who he is? I believe they're going after the truth about his injuries. He handles whatever you pay him for. I prefer Mark Nation myself for criminal defense.. But who am I to judge.
Also if you or I did the same thing there would be no invetsigation by the FHP. The local PD would write you a ticket and youd have to pay for damages (well your insurance would) then end. There is no criminal act here. Only a civil violation.
What does his injuries have to do with anything? If he chooses not to reveal someone hit him thats his business.
She probably just slapped him accross the mouth and he left , got in the caddy, she grabbed a club chased smashing the back window and he floored it and ran into a tree. It happened at 2am probably when he returned from his mistress.
It's personal business inside the home. But not when it's outside. When he was in the vehicle it was public business.
As for Special Treatment I can tell you that Windermere Police have done it before in the past.
For you who think Tiger has nothing to worry about, think again. Tiger has hired prominent Criminal Defense Lawyer Mark NeJame. He's well known in the Orlando area. NeJame's former clients include Lou Pearlman, Jesse Maali, and Casey Anthony's parents. He's known at the Johnny Cochran of Orlando. Something is up.

With Tiger refusing to be questioned about the incident, can't the police go to a judge and get a warrant that would force Tiger to talk to them so the police can investigate and file a police report?
I just wonder how drunk he was (and hope police/hospital didn't drop the ball by not doing a blood draw to check for BAC). I can buy emotional playing a part in reckless driving, but I have to wonder if he was legally drunk based on him stonewalling authorities.
Let the cover up begin.
Where he was going at that time of the night?
How did he lose control of his SUV at such a speed that the air bags didn't deploy?
Why were both rear windows of the Cadillac Escalade smashed?
If it was a careless mistake, why not speak to state troopers trying to wrap the investigation?
"This is a private matter, and I want to keep it that way," Woods said in a statement released.
Tiger issues statement...
Woods is not a "suspect" for any crime and charges have not been filed, therefore he does not have to speak with the police again.

Wrong. FHP has a duty to investigate this . ESPN said this morning that Tiger uses his image to sell products so we have the right to know if he lied about the accident. I agree.

No...your wrong because Woods' lawyer said the exact same thing. I trust HIS word more than yours. He is a lawyer....you might have been lucky enough to stay at a Holliday Inn Express!
