More like 5 to 8 years....trial, decision, appeal, appeal granted, trial decision, settlement.

I equated this situation to his dating a virgin....delayed gratification, but he's going to celebrate with a big smile when all is said and done.
Typical Hollywood accounting tricks... A movie can be shot for $10 million do $300 million and still somehow lose money...
There's a whole system / scam about this. They pay themselves outrageous amounts for "promotional" costs, for example, and other tricks, as you say.

Speaking of Marathon...my mom said she watched several hours over the weekend (er...you know what I mean) and said she picked-up some things she had forgotten and others that didn't make sense at the time. Me? I've got all 43-episodes on the Tivo so I watched Season 1, episodes 1 and 2. Man oh man were they ever good...so interesting and fresh. I still can't believe we lost Hershel. Hopefully we'll see Lenny James make a return appearance in the near future.

If I were the writers I would introduce his twin brother Del to the viewers.
Better yet, how about Hershel's evil twin Uncle Schuyler? Need a shylock type villain now that the Governor has been voted out of office.
Now that the Governor has left us, I'm pretty sure that Carl is at the top of everyone's 'survivors who I would like to see die next' list.
I wouldn't call it hate...well, okay...it's hate.
I'm sure he's a nice enough kid...just never really warmed-up to his character; he is cringeworthy.
I don't hate him, but I sure wouldn't TRUST him completely with a gun and him standing behind me...
