The Tube On G10R

I seem to have lost The tube on my Traxis receiver. I did another scan, and it is found but , no picture or sound. All other g10r channels are fine.
anyone else have the same problem.

Humm.. Its the Traxis. I hooked up my old Vistar receiver and The tube is just fine (as the previous posters pointed out too)
Kinda weird the traxis picks up everything but the Tube. All the PIDs on the traxis are correct. I guess if all out fails, Factory Reset...

OK, I deleted The Tube all together and re-scanned and The tube was found , but still nothing. I noticed in the transponder line-up three erroneous entries. I deleted those and re-scanned and this time it worked and The Tube is back on.
Not sure where those transponder entries came from, but those evidently had something to do with the loss of The Tube.
