That's Seth McFarland for ya!I wish they would spend more time polishing the storylines or bring in a better writer. Its like worldviews as conceived by a toddler.

I think Seth may have killed his promising series.
Now we get a week off, for SOME REASON ....
I did replay the DVR almost got thru it but still feel it is not Seth's best work. Not the worst of this season either but I don't expect a third season.Borrow a sense of humor from someone and try looking at it again.
It is FOX so the week off must be SPORTS or TALENT SCOUTS.I thought it was average ...
Not great by any stretch, not the worst ...
After a few very good episodes, I was some what disappointed that they didn't continue on the Very good side.
Now we get a week off, for SOME REASON .... not sure why exactly ... nothing pressing on Thursdays next week.
Oddly, they ARE showing the Orville next week, just a repeat of the first or second show this year.It is FOX so the week off must be SPORTS or TALENT SCOUTS.
Hamburger HelperSo, I don't know if there Is a reason for the week of reruns.

I don't watch things I don't like. I'll drop a show in a heartbeat.I find myself going into each episode with a sense of dread.

While I am mostly enjoying the show it seems we are just watching ST The Next Generation for the most part. Didn't Data have some romantic stories as well?
