The Following

It has gotten better and should be interesting rest of this season and when it wraps up :)

So what did everyone think? I though it was a very good episode, although I was someone distracted because I was working on my manifesto.

I must say this episode got a two-point conversion for the highly creative suicide of Jordy Raines, not to mention an extra point for how they're 'educating' Joe Carroll's son.

"Mad Love": Maggie devises a plan to put an end to Hardy; Paul reveals a secret that Jacob has been hiding from Emma; Hardy and Claire's relationship is explored.

Another good one. Sad to see the ratings were down, but still solid. It's definitely becoming one of my faves.

Mixed bag for me on this episode. There were some surprises but,it kind of seemed flat at points, and few too many old cliches.I rolled my eyes at least twice. Still like the show, just hope it doesn't continue to head in episode 3's direction. One thing I can say,it always gets really good at the end, makes you want to come back for the next episode.

I've googled several times about Bacon's ONE season. All I have seen anywhere close to it is that he negotiated for 15 episodes instead of 22 so he could do movies as well. Nothing about one season only.

Could be he was playing it smart. 15 episodes pretty much guarantees that they will all be made, then if ratings are good he can negotiate for a nice payday next season.

Well, the 4th episode will be my last. I am a fan of Kevin, but the wife and I both decided tonight that this series is just a bit too dark for our taste. I may tune in to #15 to see it end, who knows.

Have to admit this one took a bit of a tedious detour, and the "trio" dynamic is getting a little boring.

"The Siege": As Hardy and the team make their next move, panic spreads at the followers' hideout; Carroll seeks out a lawyer from his past.

The dark I don't mind. It's just that it's settling into a tedious routine. Just like Last Resort, a great idea that would have been better off as a mini-series.

It only had a miniscule ratings drop. But after last night, will be interested to see what happens next week. But the preview looked pretty exciting, so I'm in.

There has to be more followers out there, otherwise this should be a miniseries. I wonder how they'll play out Carroll's impending execution? Watch the hostage tied up in the basement be yet another "follower" unknown to the trio.

I suspect there could be multiple cells. This season we are only seeing the action of a single cell. If they fail at their ultimate objective (whatever that might be) another cell will be activated.
