The Heisman isn't what it once was.
Rairly do you get a Heisman winner that becomes a great NFL player anymore., perticularly at QB.
Bush and Young both deserve high praise for thier accomplishments.
I think VY is more polished than Micheal Vick, but we'll wait till he sees NFL defenses to verify that.
If he left for the NFL this year, he may go ahead of Bush and Leinart.

Yeah, if he had won the heisman (didn't deserve it) he'd have been jinxed so it's better that he didn't win...
I don't know that he'd go #1, I think the texans would feel guilty abusing Carr for all this time and then shipping him out of town...

But, is Pete Carroll the only person in America that didn't know Vince Young was going to keep the ball himself on the last touchdown play? USC's defense has been suspect all year, and the offense could have used Norm Chow last night.

One of the bowl games this week had the 2nd half starting at 11pm

Hookem Horns, Been listening to talk radio all day on XM. Seems their making a new movie in Hollywood called CRY BABIES, starring the USC football team. Never heard so many excuses in my life. Get over it Trojans, YOU LOST. 11 Trojans boys knew who was gonna carry the ball on fourth down. 11 trojan boys could not tackle one long horn. LOL

It came out of my Sporting News this week, under the "TO KNOW LIST", and if you look at a calender, its a MONDAY as well.
Of course, New Years day is the Monday before, something doesn't sound right, but I can't imagine them posting the wrong date for a big event like this
I still think the NC should be on a Saturday night and the next biggest bowl on the Friday night before.
This way you would get more people seeing the whole game, (no work in the morning) start it at 7pm
