Tell dish about your 211 problems and get it fixed

PLEASE call dish and get tech support to submit an "uncommon trend report" at least that's better than not doing anything at all.

I have issues with HD locals whether through OTA or dish .. I live in Atlanta and get 4 locals through dish in HD.. my problem is with audio is out of sync I know tons of people on this site and another site that are reporting this issue... power cycle recv. seems to fix temp..
 
I did ask the tech. to submit an "uncommon trend report" the first week I got my 211 (early February).

Has it been fixed? No, the problem is still there and if you call and report the problem they act like you're the only person having this problem.

Yes, this is E* standard response to equipment problems:

1. Ignor the problem complaints (Never heard of it)
2. Blame the customer for the problem.
3. Finally admit that there is a problem and claim that they are working on it.
4. Do software updates to fix the problem and screw up something else.
5. Then go back and follow rule number 1 :)

Man does that sound like i heard this before oh ya it was from dish today they tell me that its not there receivers how can it be that they are new Yeah Right
