I am very proud that this year I am able to give something back to our members with our 2004 Holiday Party. The majority of prizes we paid for by myself with the help of ad revenue generated by Google and VOOM. This is money I could have used for myself but I decided to turn it around and give back to everyone who has made this all possible.
I have also sent all the staff something as a thank you for all their help as a tolken of my appreciation.
I still have some money left over and I would like to give it away, however because I have already taken care of the members and the staff I would like to give the rest to the less fortunate for the holiday.
Because of this, I am going to do something special, and this is every donation that comes in to SatelliteGuys from our members from now and Decemebr 13th will be donated to the Make a Wish Foundation.
Now I mentioned that I have some extra money left over, as part of my way of saying THANK YOU, I will MATCH the donations, plus I will also match the funds and put it into our operation fund.
This means if someone donates $25 the Make a Wish Foundation gets $50, plus the SatelliteGuys operations fund gets $25. I will match up a total $500 in cash to the Hospital, and $250 to the support fund. (So this means if the total of ALL donations comes in to $200, $400 will go to the Make a Wish Foundation and $200 will go to the Operations Fund.)
To keep everything legit I will post a copy of the Check before I give it to Make a Wish as well as any kind of reciept they give me.
