Still doing HR10-250 to HD-DVR for free?

Is DirecTV still doing the HR10-250 to HDDVR swap for free? I have a little bit of a quirk: I canceled service (not suspend) during the first week of August, with the HR10 active, but reactivated last week and took the NFLST/Premier offer, which brought the HR10-250 back online. I'm going to need to do a Mover's Connection as well, so it seems like getting the swap is a little too much to ask for, but I thought I'd check the possibilities by asking here before I offered the cash.
