Stargate SG-1 Discussion

We have watched through SG1 and Atlantis at least 3 times already. The last time we watched SG1 we noticed that we really liked a lot of Season 1 and there were a lot of the quite memorable ones in that season.

Its just filled with excellent episodes. Just finished Singularity -- the first Cassandra episode. Very well done science fiction. And great tv.

I have the SGA's in Blu and 5 seasons of SG-1, I watch both along with SGU quite a bit ... (Showtime Beyond shows SG1's weeknights also)

We have all of them but unfortunately not all of them are Blu. The thing is there is nothing else that we have watched repeatedly as much as these. SG1 rates the highest with us... Atlantis we enjoy a little less.

I don't have Showtime anymore. Got rid of it, Max, and HBO.

I have most of SGA in HD on EHD, but cancelled the blu-ray order this summer before it shipped; too many expenses, will get it sometime. I'd die for SG1 in HD, but already spent a couple hundred on all ten seasons on DVD. I've been watching on Netflix recently, just because it is convenient.

I had all of SGA on an external, but have been replacing with Friends since it is HD now and I have the BD's ... have all the SGU BD's (except the last half season, which is on EHDD and my Scifi HDD for my popcorn hour minus the commercials)

Wish Dish would put up Shobeyond in HD...I'd be replacing all my windowboxed, commercial-ridden SG1's with the Shotime episodes...

The only thing about those are they are 4x3 and actually the dvd's have better PQ I believe. I have some of my SG-1's on a HDD as mkv's, really don't miss the menus. (more space with those & extras)

I need to get a 2TB external and put all 10 seasons on it and then watch them on my 58" plasma via my HTPC. I could handle that. Maybe in a week or so.

Watched 1969 not that long ago. Great episode. Haven't seen Seth in a long time.
