Anyone had luck getting this new app to run on IO 8.4? After installing this, several times, the app "sees" my Sling Box after logging in to my Sling account. Then mysteriously ask for my password saying my password is invalid (it is not) and some kind of box opens saying "Admin Password?: Yes or No., it makes no difference if you say yes or no and again put in the password. It will not connect to the Sling Box to watch programs.
Oh...and I have looked at the Sling web site support pages. It has been frustrating as their "help" for failure to see the SlingBox, after logging into your Sling account and password management is...well terrible.
Oh...and I also have the same issue with is app on my iPad. It sees my SlingBox but will not connect.
Have you even see the TV ad about the new change to SlingBox? Kids saying it so easy to watch. Well maybe if it worked...but it fails for me. Wonder how many other users have this epic failure with the free SlingPayer 1.0 app for Apply's iOS?
