Today I noticed I had gotten charged 3 times for my Sirius radio this months once on the 9th and twice on the 10th.
I called and the CSR said they just moved to a new billing system and it is causing this to happen to a lot of people. No issues at all with getting a credit.
Just though I would give everyone a heads up on the issue.
Maybe they are getting prepared for Stern
