All that and a more common name for a dagger.

Etymology: Italian, diminutive of stilo stylus, dagger, from Latin stilus stylus.

1 : a slender dagger with a blade thick in proportion to its breadth
2 : a pointed instrument for piercing holes for eyelets or embroidery


A stiletto type heel on a shoe is in reference to the shape similar to the above.

Hopefully it doesn't ship with the same software the S50 had. I'd also like to see the dimensions of it. I've heard everything from same as the S50 to razor size which I'm highly sceptical about.

The wifi aspect intrigues me. While I think it will be pretty much useless outside your house. If you can stream regular sirius radio to it and not just whats available on the web then that's a great feature. It would eliminate the whole need for a home repeater and the poor signal some people get at home.

Supposedly different manufacturer then the S50. Waiting to see what kind of networks it can connect to via wi-fi before I pre-order. No repeaters near me.
