Signal Strength 50.1 dBW local channels with 1000.4 Eastern Arc

Hi guys,

A buddy just moved but wants to get his local channels from his previous address according to spot beam maps the signal strength is 50.1 dBW supposedly he needs 60cm/23.6in is this accurate do you guys think he can accomplish this with a 1000.4 Eastern ARC?

Spot beam maps are computer estimations, only by real word trial and error can it be definitively determined to work.

He may have to go with a larger dedicated dish to that satellite but that can only be determined by trial and error.
