I bought one... 15 years ago! I cannot locate one via Google Shopping these days.
Here it is. I found my email invoice from Claude dated September 2010. The invoice called it a Dish 500 i adaptor. At one time I was planning on putting up two single 500's for 110 and 119. When I tested it I had a signal increase of 15 points. A few months later the Eastern Arc was installed.
