I'll take a guess. SD mirrors for Bend Oregon or one of the counties in Oregon that went from Portland to Eugene recently but still close enough to be in grade B region of Bend NBC affiliate. This is why only ABC, CBS, Fox, PBS and MyTV are mirrored.

Again, just a guess.

Anything further on why Portland is mirrored in the 6000's? Bend doesn't show up in Dish's list of locals offered on their website and a check of several Bend addresses doesn't show any availability of these stations. Is it possible that Dish is catching up on offering Portland channels to certain counties in Oregon left over from the most recent satellite legislation? Dish CSR's have no knowledge of these mirrors.
