Sat 129 can"t find

Why not? Regular HD channels are simulcast to the 61.5, but chances are since he is in EA market his HD locals may not be available on 129. I have done plenty of 61.5 add-ons just for the HD locals

DISH has moved a lot of HD channels from 61.5 to 72.7 and almost all of the new HD channels are on 72.7. 61.5/110/119 is no longer an acceptable setup. If OP needs 61.5 or even 77 for HD locals then he needs a 61.5/72.7/77 dish aka 1000.4 or a 1000.2 WA setup with a 61.5 or 77 wing dish. Depends on what OP wants, and whether or not he has any non-ViP receivers.
