Sat 119 signal levels

I don't do much DISH Network headend service anymore, but I have one headend with 4 foot dish and a legacy LNB, and the signal strength of CONUS transponders measured by the 2800s and 301s is in the low 60s on the evens and low 50s on the odds ( or maybe vice versa... I forget). That seemed low to me. While I didn't have my peaking meter with me when I went up to the roof to look at the dish, the mount is rock solid so I'm sure there isn't an aiming problem there.

Do I have reason for concern? The reception dish antenna is located on top of a high rise with clear line of sight, in Washington, DC.

How about your receivers 2800 & 301 are both being replaced.

If and when we get the drop dead date notification, I'll surely convert them to DirecTV.

Dish is replacing the receivers free of charge and am surprised Dish hasn't contacted you about switching them out. If you want Direct TV, you should just switch and not bother waiting.
