Revolution

Mia is a scumbag, I agree. I just watched the episode and as I was watching I just knew she was not to be trusted.

Yeah, what kind of sister would do that.

Mia is a scumbag and that's the fastest river I have ever seen. I've never seen a boat navigate a 50 mph current. Also, Nora was chubby teenager. I loved the ending with Grade the rogue DoD guy. Next week's episode features music by Led Zeppelin.

Those river scenes were very cheesy imo.Kind of enjoying the even more evil side of Giancarlo Espisito's character though. He could have Monroe looking like a saint by the time he is done.

What I don't understand is what river could they be crossing? If they have to go to Morgantown WV to get to Philadelphia.

Monongahela? Only river in vicinity of Morgantown, but pretty much north-south at that point.

Was reading a TV Guide discussing NBC's risk shelving Revolution until March (which explicitly pointed out what they did to Heroes), and it seems like they were entirely banking of using The Voice to protect the show. Probably already talked about here, but I find that to be a very risky endeavor.

Very risky indeed. It's not like Revolution has established itself as a much watch show, so they risk people turning-out and not tuning back in.

Agreed. And add to that the fact that the Voice is changing its judges (Ceelo and Christina are leaving), no guarantees it will maintain its appeal (I suspect it will, but still).

Just got around to watching the 11/19 installment. No mention of the big Underground Hadron Collider thingy. Was hoping Charlie wouldn't wake up. LOL I guess this episode was OK since we had a body count while roaming through subway tunnels and Google Guy was starting to make a love connection -- until... J.J. Abrams should put those folks in red leather from now on. And Rachel " Thwonk!! You need me NOW! " Matheson.

One more episode left.

I actually thought this week's episode was better than most. However, the ratings continue to decline. Offhand, I'm not sure where this show is headed but I suspect it may fall off the map when they shows goes takes its holiday break. We shall see. Conversely, I saw Giancarlo Esposito (Capt. Neville) on NBC's Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade coverage promoting the show.

10 p.m.
ABC: "Castle" (10.5 million, 6.8/11)
CBS: "Hawaii Five-0" (8.8 million, 5.7/9)
NBC: "Revolution" (7 million, 4.3/7)

While watching the fringe marathon I noticed that the bearded guy on revolution was in episode 3 of fringe. No surprise as both shows are the work of jj abrams

They may be declining as people know of the stupidity of them pulling the show for the winter and deciding its not worth it.

Good show last night. Unfortunately, I remember thinking "this is a good as it gets" along with feeling the show (story) is really going to struggle and they didn't do enough to make people want to tune back into the show in February. Of course, I could be wrong...

Face it, this show is dead after the first season. It'll never make it after the hiatus, people will have moved on. It's just moving at a glacial pace, and just not worth hanging around to see what happens anymore.

Isn't this the case for soooo many new shows ? I do understand in the case of a show like this (I presume it costs a bit more to make than a basic sitcom) that it's hard to justify making a full season's worth of episodes to avoid this interruption. On the other hand, do the networks only care about viewer numbers in the fall and spring, i.e. run new episodes, and run re-runs in the summer and winter ?
