Remembering Roberto Clemente....

He is one of the great baseball players of all time!

His legacy will still live on his "Ciudad Deportivo Roberto Clemente" in Carolina Puerto Rico!

I lived about 10 minutes way by car from Ciudad Deportivo...I played what was called doble A juvenile there. The area where we lived was called Country Club.
I miss those days....we are talking early 80s...

"momen" was Roberto's nickname given to him by retired golfer, Chi Chi Rodriguez. They were boyhood friends when they were young. "Descansa en paz" means rest in peace...
