Record 4K content on H3; Playback on DishAnywhere on GoogleTV?

Hi,

I have:

• a Hopper3 connected to a HD TV.
• a Joey 4k connected to a 4K (non-HDR) TV in another room.
• a 4K-HDR (LG CX OLED tv) in a 3rd room, no Joeys in that room. I have a Chromecast w GoogleTV (CCwGTV) with Dish Anywhere app installed on it in that room instead.

Questions:

1. Can I record Dish's 4K content (meager as it is) on the H3 (connected to a HDTV)?
2. Can I play the recordings in 4K on the Joey 4K (connected to a 4k non-HDR tv)?
3. Can I play it back in 4K via the Dish Anywhere app on the LG CX 4k HDR TV?

PS: I cannot play back Channel 540 on the Joey 4K connected to my 4K non-HDR set. Maybe because Dish is looking for a UHD TV that must have HDR? Is that true?

1) You can record the 4K content on your Hopper3
3) Dish Anywhere will not play 4K content.
I don't have a 4K Joey but I believe it will not play the Olympic 4K HDR content.

Is that because I have the 4K Joey connected to a non-HDR 4K TV?
How about other 4K content (Channel 540)?

BTW, I ALWAYS see "Off Air" when I look at channel 540 on the Guide on the TV connected to the 4K Joey....
I haven't been able to a single 4K content with my setup.
