Reciving signal reading from TP's 15,23,24

Good Morning

Noticed that they turned up TP 23 and 24 strong signal here in Puerto Rico. And also noticed they changed TP 15 to CONUS service, strong signal also here in PR. Wonder what are they up to.

15 75 *Locked - Name not Acquired
23 71 *Locked - Name not Acquired
24 70 *Locked - Name not Acquired

I can well believe they're up to something with 23 and 24, the STA transponders for which they only have 30 days authority. But Transponder 15 is still in spotbeam service for several areas of the country. I don't think that's really transponder 15 you're seeing.

No signals showing on Transponders 15, 23 and 24 on the Broadlogic Spectrum Analyzer in California. Perhaps this is the "Conus Plus" capabilities of Echostar 15 being used?

If you ever see name not acquired then consider it zero signal. It is switch bleed or lnb drift searching causing that.

Could you brifely explain why that happens. It was not happening before, it just showed up that way this morning and I have not change anything in my setup.
