Queue TV

I was watching Queue TV tonight on KTLN 68.2 and found something interesting. It includes Cool TV, the service it replaced a few months ago. Sometimes it has a Q in the lower right; other times it shows Cool TV, so it looks like Queue includes Cool TV.

Anyone have any info on this?

weird. Maybe they are working together?
Or maybe Q kiped some videos from "The CoolTV". I honestly dont know
