As popular as Metv toons appears to be,it would behoove Weigel and local broadcasters to get this channel sooner rather than later.

Daystar is QPSK, so much easier than the new Weigel mux. I'd think you'd have to get Daystar to come in around 14dB, before you have any chance of getting 4180 for Toons.

The Weigel MUX is a no go on my 6 footer. I guess I have to wait and see if our local OTA adds Toons at some point.
