I have just "Multi Satellite Search" from 83W to 125W, and all the satellites are off by two degrees, 89W channels are showing the 91W satellite, and all down the line.

Due to the water saturated ground, the Ku band dish pole is nut plumb anymore and it has made it somehow hard for me to tune/aling in the right satellites, I could turn the dish to the proper satellite but I don't think that could help much....I have read somewhere that it possible to fake the motor's USALS readings and to tune in or out close satellites. Is this true, and if so how do I compensate for the difference.

I know that the pole alingment has to be fix but I would like to try something with the USALS settings first.

Right now I have the USALS settings of Longitude 089.45W, Latitude 30.17N....Which way do the numbers get manipulated in order for me to receive 89W channels where they should be and belong and getting them to not show at 91W. LOL!!.

Thanks.

Adjusting the longitude is a good emergency fix. My longitude is 63.38 W. But longitude for USALS is set for 54.00 W in my receiver. This allowed me to get USALS working. When weather warms, snow is gone, and with my new receiver connected, I will go outside and reset / realign the motor. Then the correct value can be entered and USALS should work correctly.

You may need to adjust longitude setting in smaller increments. On my S9, I adjust in 0.5 degree amounts so I don't pass the sweet spot with maximum signal. Yesterday, I did a mid-winter very quick vertical tweak of my dish mast since my mini-tower sits in a snow covered mud field, then I came in and adjusted USALS by 1 degree. This maximized receive signal on all receivable satellites. USALS, when it works right, is sure better than using manual dish turning to aim at each satellite.
