I am new to satellite technology but my question is simple.Where will I see a ground cable on my dish setup.I am not seeing any lead wires going into the ground for grounding of the dish.

Will someone please tell me the correct method how this should Be done by a tech installer. And if my dish is not grounded should I contact the installer???

As a professional installer, "your dish should be grounded". Off the record, so to speak, if it isn't I wouldn't worry to much about it. When your dish is grounded you have created a lightning rod and are MUCH more likely to have your dish hit by lightning than if it wasn't grounded. But of course, as I always say, make sure your dish is grounded ;)
