I have a strage issues in an RV, My duel reciever works great when I am not in a campground. Both TVs work great no problem. As soon as I get in an area where lots of RV's are my front TV still works fine but my rear TV get snow. Any ideas? Dish network says it is the cable but this seems crazy that it works well sometimes and others times doesn't. Both of my TV's are older, I was wondering if this could be the problem.

Sounds like noise is getting into the cable to the rear TV. Is the rear TV coax contiguous all the way to the TV tuner input, or is there a segment of twin lead?
Could also be caused by too many campers on the same TV2 channel. Try something further up in the UHF band like Channel 37.
I'd also change TV2s RF Remote address to something unique to reduce the possibility that another RVer has turned on their TV2 and toggled your TV2 off.
