Please help Activating 322 receiver

The gist of the forum is no, there is the possbility if it is a brand new reciever that has not been activated but more than likely not going to happen.
 
They are probably aliased, echostar.com is the one I used. It's probably likely that "anybody"@dishnetwork.com = "anybody"@echostar.com
 
Thanks for the reply. It's a brand new receiver and I called dishnetwork to activate it they say no. Only new account can activate it.
 
The normal Customer Support can't do it. There are some really helpful people at ceo@echostar.com, they called me back within a couple of hours and my 522 was activated within minutes. Should be the same with a 322.
