I want to move my Joey from one bedroom to another but can't get the Joey to pick up any channels what am I doing wrong

Can you give more details? Wireless Joey? Wifi issues? new bedroom has the cable from Joey to Hopper? the more info the faster our experienced members respond. Especially, Dish installers.......

You can't just move a receiver unless it's wireless or if wired, the coax connector in that room is connected to the Dish cabling
