Paperwork

I have always had to sign a work order and a contract when work has been done. I had the hoper installed today. Did not sign anything. I forgot to ask and he did not ask either. Is anyone signing these or is This the new normal.

Definatly should've had paperwork to sign. Maybe the intensity of the install scrambled his thinker temporarily.

I asked and he said nah, I'm taking the 922 and 722K back so they'll know you got the Hopper and Joeys. I dunno. Just checked and my account shows the Hopper and Joeys and not the 922 and 722K.

My installer had it all on a tablet. I got to initial and sign in all the right places right on that tablet.
