Did you had a hard time finding installer name on the digital home plan agreement paperwork back in summer 2002 there's a contact name but did you notice that the contact name wasn't the technicians name.

Yes we did! Now, why would the technician's name be on the home plan agreement. You are not in a contract with the technician, you are in a contract with Dish or perhaps Dish contractor. That technician is a representative of the company not the company. It seems you are trying to sue the technician for work that was completed 20 years ago. That ain't gonna happen.
