Since Voom is going off line the end of the month, and E* has such poor PQ, I was wondering if D*s HDTV receiver will accept my OTA HD feed from my antenna, And if I had D* for years and cancelled for voom will they consider me a new customer when I resign with them?

Yes OTA feed will work, and if you use same name/address with D* then you will not be a new customer.
