Online Account Equipment Section empty

I've been reading this forum for about 1 year now right before I got Dish Network service. I've learned a lot from reading others' problems and solutions provided by the forum members.

Anyway, I decided to register because I noticed something strange with my online account. Starting about 1 week ago, right after I added a new VIP211 and removed a 322G from my account, under the Equipments section, it is empty. I just chatted with one of the tech tonight and was told that it is a new change to their online account section. Can anyone confirm if your equipment section is also empty?

Plus the strange thing was that the tech agent told me that all 3 of my receivers were purchased and not leased. I know 2 of the 3 receivers are leased. Thanks in advance.
