Not able to recive channels during day

Hi,I am staying in Saudi Arabia.I have brought Airtel Satellite reciver (HD reciver) from India and installed at my home. During the day time (9:00AM - 4:00PM) I dont recive the signal. But after 4:00PM the signal starts to recive and it stays all night without any issue. The Saudi Climate is dry climate little hot.
