I have a problem receiving a Satellite Signal from my Direct TV Dish.
I have checked all cable connections.
I have unplugged and replugged all connections making certain they are secure. In doing so I left connections unplugged for a couple of minutes before replugging them.
I have reinserted the Direct TV card and pressed the "red button" to reboot.
When I do this after about a minute I get "Searching for Satellite Signal" and in a short time I get "Receiving Satellite Info..." [0% Complete].
It stays in this mode for a few minutes but no percentage of the satellite signal is ever received. Then the screen momentarily goes to "No information Available" and then turns black.
For a few days prior to actually losing my Direct TV signal I experienced a number of episodes where the image on the TV Screen would "Crack Up" or "Freeze."
Could anybody please tell me what other steps I might take to correct this problem?
