No option of 103 signal menu

I've got E* so I dont know anything about direct. I'm over at my friends house who has direct trying to make sure hes good to go when they turn things on. Hes got the 5lnb dish, hes got the right receiver, and thelittle b converter thing on the back of the box. In the info it only says something about 3 lnb and I cant choose 103 when trying to check the signal. If i understand correctly thats direct 10 and he needs that. What could be the problem?

Run thru the Sat Set up again, chances are it was set up under 3 lnb instead of 5 lnb.
That should fix that problem.
