You may want to delete the "help" banner from the Sirius forum, since there is obviously nobody there to help subscribers.
I also found their CSR's on the phone to be pretty useless, both in the US and Canada. There is a lack of product knowledge, unlike Dish, where the DIRT team are extremely helpful and know their product.
