As of this moment, the Red Wings are IN the playoffs, but obviously theres more games to play...
They Won tonight, but lost to Colorado earlier in the week, missing out on points there ... they need all they can from here on out if they want to keep thier 22 year playoff streak alive.

They have two big games against the Blue Jackets this month. I have a feeling that these two games could make or break both teams.

Rich Peverley of the Dallas Stars just collapsed on the bench during the game against the Blue Jackets. The NHL has sent both teams off the ice while they are attending to Peverley. Praying that he is OK and this doesn't turn out to be something life threating.
CBJ vs Stars game has bee suspended and will be rescheduled for a later date.
It has been reported that Rich Peverley had a cardiac episode and was transported to a Dallas hospital. He was reportedly awake and responsive upon leaving for the hospital.

The Dallas Stars were noticeably shaken and it really wouldn't have been fair for them to continue. The game was 6:23 into the first period when the incident happened. It will be interesting if they just wipe the entire game and start over or will they continue with the CBJ leading 1-0.
So it wasn't an Irregular heart beat like he's had previously ?
Hopefully he's back and at it soon.
I think they will have to reschedule and have the current scores hold up ...
The game will definitely need to be played at another date seeing Columbus and Dallas are both fighting for playoff positions.
