I'm surprised the lone vote was Miami. Can't see any reason for them to vote no, as their not in the same market, division, or even coast.

Either way, the vote is now official, and the Las Vegas Raiders are a go.

There's some speculation that Stephen Ross has a land deal in Oakland that the Raiders leaving affects.

They will try to pay in Oakland.... but I would be surprised if it lasts 2 years.

I'm usually not out there during football season, my dad is. Condo is about 4 miles away from that location along valley view, so hopefully traffic doesn't become a problem. It's pretty easy getting around Las Vegas now compared to Tulsa.
