Minnesota Vikings....making us proud.

By the way....so they got Freeman for 3 million to hold a clipboard....Damn Vikes you overpaid. I'll do it for 100 grand :)

Ahhh you did good this weekend Teehar. I enjoyed the eagles game the 1st half but the 2nd half was not very good. At the end of the day I'm just glad Ramy's team lost :dev

Just like the first meeting it was a tale of two halves. What sucked for me,because the Panthers have the MNF game, our local Fox 46 carried the Eagles game.Kewl I can record it,fired up the dvr about 5ish yesterday evening, really enjoying the game,6.23 left in the 3rd quarter Fox decides to cut to a more competitive game!!The sorry no good for nothings switched to Det Pitt!!Talk about upset,I was to say the least! The very minute they cut away the Skins make a game of it.I had to finish the game with highlights from the red zone.Red zone may work for some, but it's just a backup for me.When your team scores more from 40 or more yards out they don't get much coverage on Red Zone. The Eagles have more big scoring plays than any team in the NFL.

Looking forward to tonight's game. On the one hand, the Panthers have been red hot, but OTOH, the Pats have been nearly unbeatable coming out of their bye week under Belichick. I'm expecting somewhere around a 20-17 game, one way or another.

I have no idea what to make of this game.

Carolina's defense is great, but betting against Brady on Monday night has bitten me in the butt too many time.

I will be shocked if this ends up like Houston last December or the Jets 2 years ago, but they also came in with touted defenses that, well, had bad nights.

While the Pats defense is banged up, the Pats offense will have ALL their weapons for the first time this year. Shane Vereen is active for the first time since getting hurt in the opener.

How much pressure is on the Panthers to win tonight?

Now, keep in mind, this is in interconference game and both teams have bigger fish to fry in their own conference going forward.

None. They are expected to lose to the Pats. They are playing with house money.

Steelers are now tied for 2nd place in the AFC Central ...
Not entirely out of the playoff picture either.
That said, they would need a whole lot to happen ... figuring that there will only be 1 WC spot available, KC or Denver will take one of them.

They are also tied for last place in the division.

I would rather have then lose the rest of the games to get a head start on rebuilding, get a good draft slot and trade some older players for draft choices.

I agree that probably should've been called although the folks who know the rules best say the no call was correct. What I'm pretty sure about is that the ball was going to be intercepted anyway. I wonder if the ref doesn't throw that flag how many would've noticed the contact on Gronk.

I've only heard 2 people say that should've not been a penalty. The bozo referee and that senial old bat ESPN brought out. Jesus, even Ray Lewis said it should of been penalized. Dilfer and Young were going nuts about it. If everyone sans 1 guy at one of the NFL's partner are outraged, they got it wrong. The referees couldn't even do the decent thing and admit their mistake afterwards. Probably was on orders from Rog.

So according to this moron, who should be fired by the NFL, holding or face guarding that occurs is ok as long as the ball is intercepted.
